Client Journey

Procurement Manager (Buyer)

  1. Search for the right grade. The buyer opens the site, types a product name or article number in the header search, and immediately sees matching items across categories, flat-rolled, long products, hardware, ferroalloys.
  2. Filter by specification. Product attributes, steel grade, profile dimensions, heat treatment, coating, act as layered filters. Narrowing 800 SKUs down to the exact specification takes seconds.
  3. Check price and availability. Each product card shows the price per tonne / piece and a short description. The buyer can add directly to cart without leaving the catalog.
  4. Place the order. Standard WooCommerce checkout: contact details, delivery or pickup, comment on the order. The manager receives an email notification instantly.
  5. Follow-up by phone. For large-batch or custom orders, the buyer leaves a callback request. The site confirms receipt and routes it to the sales team.

Content Manager (Admin)

  1. Manage the catalog without a developer. Products, categories, prices, and attributes are all editable in the WordPress/WooCommerce admin panel, with no code required.
  2. Update pages visually. The visual page builder lets the team update homepage banners, about-us content, and news without touching HTML.
  3. Handle orders in one place. The WooCommerce order dashboard shows new, processing, and completed orders, status updates trigger automatic emails to customers.
