Client Journey

  1. First impression. A visitor lands on the page and is immediately greeted by a bold animated hero with the agency tagline — "Your personal real estate broker" — set against a dark cityscape. The brand shield instills authority from the first second.
  2. Company story. Scrolling reveals a concise "About" section outlining the agency's history and values. The client builds trust before evaluating the offer.
  3. Understanding the advantages. Four illustrated benefit blocks explain what sets the agency apart: experience, transparent pricing, individual approach, and fast turnaround. Each block is scannable in under five seconds.
  4. Exploring services. A dedicated services section with animated cards covers property sales, purchases, and consultation. Each card includes a short description and a call-to-action that opens the lead form.
  5. How it works. A numbered four-step process section ("How we work") removes ambiguity — the client knows exactly what happens after submitting a request.
  6. Proof of credibility. Certificates and licenses are displayed in a slider with lightbox zoom. Real documents visible on the screen close the final objection before the client reaches for the phone.
  7. Social proof. A reviews slider with real client testimonials provides peer validation at the moment when the visitor is deciding whether to call or leave.
  8. Converting the intent. The contacts section combines a callback form (name + phone, one tap on mobile), a custom interactive map pinned to the office address, and full contact details — eliminating every possible friction point between intent and action.
  9. Sticky bottom CTA. A persistent "Still have questions?" bar with a phone number and a callback button follows the visitor through the entire page, capturing late-scroll intent without interrupting the reading flow.
