You can install all prerequisites manually by downloading them one by one, but **!!! do not install AppFabric manually !!!**Download it, save somewhere on a hard drive and run command:

cmd > ./prerequisiteinstaller.exe /appFabric:<pathToAppFabricInstaller.exe>

Reboot computer then and continue SharePoint installation.
