Client Journey
- Hero — the offer lands instantly. The visitor arrives and sees a bold headline: "Build your home for one million!" A countdown timer showing days left until a bonus promotion expires (free borehole with every signed contract) creates immediate urgency. A compact lead form — name and phone only — sits right in the hero fold. The decision to fill it in is available before a single scroll.
- What's included — removing sticker shock. The next section lists exactly what the client receives for the price: a turnkey frame house, German steel-pile foundation, Canadian timber framing, metal-tile roof, clean interior finish, plumbing, heating, and electrical. Eight line items, zero hidden costs. The visitor goes from "sounds too cheap" to "I understand exactly what I'm buying."
- Ready homes gallery — proof through pictures. A photo grid of completed builds shows real houses, not renders. Black-and-white treatment with hover colour reveal creates visual interest while keeping the focus on the structures themselves. Clicking any photo opens a full-screen lightbox. The gallery communicates build quality faster than any written testimonial.
- Why us — the comparison table. A structured table pits the company's offering against the market: price per square metre, foundation type, wall material, warranty period, timeline, and what's included by default. Competitors are shown as a single "market average" column. The visitor doesn't need to do research — the answer is already on the screen.
- Second gallery — project depth. A second image block surfaces interior and process shots — framing stages, insulated walls, finished rooms. This answers the next objection: "Will it feel like a real home?" The answer is visual and immediate.
- Mid-page CTA — booking without pressure. A "Reserve your spot" button anchors to the lead form, not a phone number. No commitment, no call required. The copy frames it as reserving a slot in the construction queue, which is accurate and feels more concrete than generic "get a quote" language.
- Client reviews — human proof at the decision point. Photos of real buyers accompany short testimonials. Faces next to names make the reviews feel grounded. This section appears just before the final contact block, when the visitor is making their last evaluation before acting.
- Promotion countdown — final urgency layer. The bonus offer reappears at the bottom with a live countdown timer. Visitors who scrolled the whole page and still haven't converted see the clock and are reminded: the free borehole goes away on a specific date.
- Contacts and map — closing the loop. Full company contact details, an embedded map, and the callback form appear in the footer. The visitor who is ready to act has everything they need without scrolling back up.
Before & After
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| ✗ No web presence — leads came exclusively from print advertising and word-of-mouth | ✓ Landing page captures organic and paid traffic 24/7 with no human involvement |
| ✗ Price objection was handled over the phone — high friction, low conversion | ✓ "What's included" block answers the price objection before the visitor can pick up the phone |
| ✗ Completed builds existed only in the founder's camera roll — invisible to prospects | ✓ Photo gallery of real finished homes with lightbox zoom gives visual proof of build quality |
| ✗ Customers had to compare options themselves across multiple sources | ✓ Competitive advantage table compares the company vs. market average on one screen |
| ✗ Getting a quote required calling during business hours | ✓ Name + phone callback form works around the clock — no call required to submit a lead |
| ✗ Promotions were communicated verbally — easy to miss and easy to forget | ✓ Live countdown timer turns the time-limited bonus into a visible conversion driver |
| ✗ No social proof — buyers had no way to see that others had gone through the process | ✓ Real client photos and testimonials appear at the decision point, just before the final CTA |
