What I Liked About Working at a Large Enterprise

One of the things I liked about working at a large enterprise company like LANIT was how developed its corporate culture was. A great many people held positions devoted to team building and internal infrastructure.

For example, the internal corporate mail regularly sent us open vacancies. You could recommend a friend for one of them through the refer-a-friend programme and receive a reward from the company for it.
