One of the first things I did once I had my documents in Turkey under my new name was move my Google AdSense account over to them.
Right after the war started, all AdSense payouts to Russia and to Russian residents were blocked. Several of my sites with large traffic, which had been earning money, stopped paying overnight.
Once I set everything up again under my Turkish details, the payouts came back.
Turkey became a little more comfortable than it had been. When you realise you can earn money in a new country too, you feel more and more that your basic needs are covered.
