Purpose of the activity

Use AI to create two concrete outputs: a short professional email for a real opening and a simple map to integrate AI into your daily tasks. This will strengthen your portfolio and digital profile with shareable evidence.

What you will learn

  • Design clear prompts to get professional texts.
  • Review and edit AI output to ensure quality.
  • Spot moments in your routine where AI adds the most value.

Guided activity

  1. Draft a professional email with AI support
  • Bring back the real opening you chose in module 1.
  • Ask an AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, your bot) for a 5–10 line draft including: job title and company, objective (introduce yourself and apply), professional and personalized tone, and at least one AI-related skill/experience.
  • Check spelling, clarity, and role fit; then write the final version.
  1. Design your AI Tools Map for daily work
  • List 3–5 frequent tasks (organization, research, writing, analysis, etc.).
  • For each task, define which AI tool, a starter prompt, and a success indicator (e.g., time saved, fewer revisions).
  • Add a short note on risks or limits (e.g., data privacy, human review).

Required evidence

  • Screenshot showing the prompt, the AI response, and the final corrected message (you can paste the final text below).
  • Brief note (up to 5 lines) on what you adjusted and why.
  • Completed table of the AI Tools Map.

Quick writing guide

A good email includes a personalized greeting, who you are and why you write, one relevant achievement or skill (mention AI experience if it fits), a courteous close, and a short sign-off. Avoid long sentences, errors, and irrelevant details.

Useful tools

  • Word or Google Docs to write and store your submission.
  • Any AI assistant from the module (or your bot) to generate and refine text.

Submission format

A single Word (.docx) or PDF titled “Actividad práctica – Módulo 3 – [LastName_FirstName]” including the screenshot, the adjustment note, and the AI Tools Map table.

How to upload your work

  1. Click “Enviar tareas”.
  2. Attach the file with your responses.
  3. Confirm submission with the corresponding button.
